French Toast Recipe
Ingredients to prepare French Toast
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
- 1 teaspoon margarine spreads with reduced fat (low in fat)
Preparation French Toast
- Mix egg substitute, milk and cinnamon.
- Dip bread in egg mixture to coat both sides.
- Melt margarine in a frying pan and place the pan.
- Cook until golden and firm on both sides.
