Ingredients to prepare oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal fortified
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • Cinnamon to taste

Preparation oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon

  1. Add ground flaxseed, raisins and cinnamon porridge.
  2. Sweeten with no calorie sugar substitute, if desired, and serve with milk.
