  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
  • 1 teaspoon margarine spreads with reduced fat (low in fat)

Preparation French Toast

  • Mix egg substitute, milk and cinnamon.
  • Dip bread in egg mixture to coat both sides.
  • Melt margarine in a frying pan and place the pan.
  • Cook until golden and firm on both sides.
