Ingredients to prepare Cheese Omelette
- 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg substitute
- 1 ounce of shredded cheese with low fat
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation Cheese Omelette
- Cover the pan with olive oil.
- Add the egg substitute and cook until set.
- Turn the egg and cook until it has completely curdled.
- Coat with cheese.
- Fold the omelette and place on a plate.
