Cheese Omelette

Ingredients to prepare Cheese Omelette

  • 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg substitute
  • 1 ounce of shredded cheese with low fat
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation Cheese Omelette

  1. Cover the pan with olive oil. 
  2. Add the egg substitute and cook until set.
  3. Turn the egg and cook until it has completely curdled.
  4. Coat with cheese.
  5. Fold the omelette and place on a plate.
