Omelette Egg Whites Recipe

Ingredients to prepare Omelette Egg Whites

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms)
  • 1 ounce of cheese grated low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation Omelette Egg Whites

  1. In a nonstick skillet, saute green peppers, onions and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add the egg whites and cook until set.
  3. Turn and cook until they have completely curdled.
  4. Add cheese, fold the omelette and place on a plate.
