Omelette Egg Whites
Ingredients to prepare Omelette Egg Whites
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms)
- 1 ounce of cheese grated low-fat
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation Omelette Egg Whites
- In a nonstick skillet, saute green peppers, onions and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
- Add the egg whites and cook until set.
- Turn and cook until they have completely curdled.
- Add cheese, fold the omelette and place on a plate.
